China Telecom First-Half Profits Rise 10.2% on 3G Subscriber Growth
China Telecom, the Chinese landline and CDMA network operator has reported that its first half revenues rose by 11.7% to reach RMB 120.11 billion, while net profits also rose, by 10.2% to RMB 9.71 billion.
