China Mobile half year profit up 6.3%
HONG KONG (MarketWatch) — China Mobile Ltd. said Thursday its net income for the half year ending June 30 climbed 6.3%, boosted by growth in its wireless data business. Net income for the period was 61.28 billion yuan ($9.59 billion), compared with 57.64 billion yuan in the year-earlier period.
